    Mac wont scan to folder on ricoh mp2000

    Mac software 10.7 or higher use image capture now. The apple tech . said that smb no longer works. They had me look at there web site under support and show what models were available. No ricoh copier was on there list for scan.I have an old mac and it work just fine. has anybody setup a new mac with smb

          You haven't tried FTP? I have never touched a Ricoh ( though they are badass devices) but I assume you can enter ftp destinations..

              i found a bulletin from Ricoh you need latest Firmware. that 10.7 and 10.8 mac has change things just like windows 8 or use the ftp option instead.
