Web image monitor stoped working

Hi there

i was wondering if anyone can help me out, today i was half way through a job setting up an Ricoh mpc 305spf for print, scan to folder and email everything was going fine i got it to print and scan to folder just couldn't get it to scan to email then the the web image monitor just completely stoped working (not showing up) so i tryed it on 3-4 different computers still no hope i then tryed linking my laptop to in with a cross-over cable and still cant get on it im really stuck and dont no what else to try. Hope someone out there can help me

The Web service has become corrupted. Normally this can be repaired without too much trouble.
Overwite the setting of SP mode 5-828-091 with 1. Exit SP mode and reboot.
If this fails try clearing the following NV-Ram components. Web (SP 5801-010) and (WebUapl SP 5801-020) and rebooting. If you are still having problems reload all the MFD firmware.
