Ineo 200 Scan to SMB failed at Win7 Interprises (Xp ok)

Good day to all of you guys,

Is there anyone who experienced about scan to SMB (failed) on Win7 interprises?

I configured the setting correctly but I can't able to fix the said problem considering that
there is another MFP machine which is working fine without any issue. I setup the same
according to other MFP (Kyocera Mita FS-6025). So there is no doubt that the firewall
or whatsoever settings on Pc is the main cause of error. I just notice everytime that I
setup Win7 Home, Premier or interprises, I am facing this problem... firmware updated
according to what I have in hands...

Any advice my co-tech out there?

    Thanks

The device might not support 128-bit encryption, which is turned on by default for Windows 7. Go to Network and Sharing Center -> Change Advanced Sharing Settings -> File Sharing Connections and change it to 40/56-bit encryption.

Also, if the device supports user authentication you must enter it, even if the Windows user does not have a password. You can find the username from cmd -> set user, copy what that tells you and not what the start menu displays.

Thanks for your input bro... and sorry for the late answer, it happened due to our one week day off... I actually went to customer to setup FTP (konica FTP util) intead of SMB. Now all thier scanning accounts are running under FTP application without them knowing it. I only doubt that there might be a problem someday due to their network setting which is in DHCP mode (sad, this model doesn't support hostname yet on FTP config). However, the important is the present acceptance of customer to this new delivery MFP considering that they are already our regular client... Thanks,
