Hi we have recentley migrated to a Maximo 7.5 system in our workshop. We previously used a guage insight system (a Calibration Software Package).
We were able to print labels for our calibrated tool on a brother P200DX label printer.
Now since migrating to a Maximo 7.5 system we cannot print to this printer.
We send the print job , the print data light flashes and the job dissapears from the job queue and does not print.
Is it a case of the brother printer not compatible with Maximo 7.5, if so is there a small label printer that is.
The smaller the printer the better.
