Canon IR Advance 6075 not printing

I just installed the Advance 6075, downloaded the print drivers, and pinged the IP address, which gets a response from the host. But when I go to print a document it shows that the document was sent to the copier, but then it just disappears, and doesn't print. It does show it in the logs as being sent, but not printed. I need to know if this is a copier issue, maybe something as minor as something programmed in wrong, or if its a computer issue. The third party IT guy who was trying to program in the scanning features, said there was an 860 error code. I've also tried to scan email, and scan to file, nothing. When I pull up the directory on the copier itself, it does list all of the computer workstations.

Maybe the drivers are bad, I downloaded it from Canon USA website, and I downloaded the generic PCL6 driver. If there is a better place to go to get a complete driver please let me know.

Thank you for any help with this,

These copiers don't allow the use of PCL or PS drivers without paying for a license. Use the UFRII drivers as it is a free generic driver but works very good. You can tell if the it has a pcl or PS license by going to the counter then looking a device configuration to see if the license is in the list.
