Hi All,
We've got a few Xerox M455 MFPs as well as some larger Xerox A3 MFDs which we are using in a Citrix environment. Printers are hosted on dedicated print servers. Printing documents (such as word, pdf etc) print out fine if printing from local applications however when printing from the Citrix environment (published apps) it results in the first page being blank - NOTE: it is not necessarily page 1 of the document, it is the first physical page that is output that is blank.
Some of our M455s are setup via ethernet, whilst others, via a USB connection. Our A3 Xerox MFDs are connected via ethenet. The problem occurs on both.
We use the Citrix UPD in our environment and not the inbox/model-specific drivers as we want to limit the amount of drivers we have our on citrix servers. We also map local printers in Citrix sessions and do not print via session printing.
We have found a work around by disabling the "collate" option however this means that there is no collating when printing more than 1 set/copy.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Regards,
