I cant get canon irc3480i to print using the ufr or ps drivers with Apple OS 10.9 maverick software just goes to a pause mode ??

The customers IT guy said he will try the generic in the morning . Have you seen this problem?

I have not tried it, I have Mavericks on my mac at home and I didn't have to change anything for the print driver (brother machine) it just worked. I have yet to have a customer using Mavericks.

I have had the same on Mac's before, ricoh driver goes to paused, generic mac ricoh driver works fine!
