Hi all..we have a customer using uniflow that are saying when using scan to me the scanned copies are going to other users!??..when on site we can never prove or dis prove scenario....customer useing (that i know off) 5.1.1 uniflow version on new irac5255 and irac7265 machines....any ideas...many thanks

I know nothing about UniFlow or Canon products, but could it be possible that users are walking up and scanning with the previous users details? e.g. First user does a scan, forgets to clear settings or log off, second users walks up and without thinking scans using the previous users settings. -

Hi Steve,
I strongly recommend to escalate this via Canon's uniFLOW support to take a deeper look into this and assist with troubleshooting.
These kind of reports are taken very seriously by Canon and NT-ware (who develops uniFLOW).
We had some similar reports in the past but those were down to mis-configuration not bugs.
Canon will help you to identify these if needed.
I would also strongly advise to install the latest service release (V5.1 SR8) at your customer.
