KM C351 Firey System Software

Hi all,

I need software and instructions on how to re-install the firey controller system software... The system is hanging at loading kernel which apparently indicates a duff hdd.

Can anybody help me please?

I can't find the system software anywhere and having spoken to a KM service company, they don't have it because it's too old!

Please, anybody out there?

This software is available on the KM website. Everything from ver 1.0 to 3. something is downloadable from the SSD site, so it's not too old, they probably just don't want to deal with it. You may want to see if you can find a working IC-402 on ebay. EMujo

To be honest I don't know - I'm an architect!!!! I use the machine to scan and print A3.....

The drivers for the version of Fiery I'm running are: Fiery X3eTY 35C-KM PS v2.01 if that helps????

OK,

May have found a replacement Fiery controller. However, I need this printer in use in the meantime.

I've changed to Controller 0 and it will print from Word but if I try and print a PDF it's massively slow.....

Are there any other settings I need to adjust to speed the machine up?
