Ricoh sp c242 scan to email

Hey.
I am installing a Ricoh SP C242 for scan to email, thru Office 365. All of the settings are correct as they have been taken from another device that is working, however, I keep getting a server response error.

Any ideas?????

Update the Firmware specifically the Network related ones.

Office 365 is TLS only, which none of the Ricoh machines support (currently).

'03 models ? I have loads scanning direct to 365 or other hosted exchanges....not SP C242's though
