New Sharp MX-M753U Print Problem

Hi,hope you all doing great!

(PRINTER EXPANSION KIT MX-PB13 ) is available but Machine will not except the Product key (DB15130145) written on the pamphlet.


I had to look for this mentioned above model which is installed and working as copier but it won't print,they have 4 of them out of box and all have the same issue,Add printer will detect the printer,shows online after installation and drivers are also properly installed but sent print will lost.
I also tried it with Laptop and cross over but same result,I'm also able to browse the web page and make settings.



I would really appreciate your help regarding this issue!

That DB number is your application number not the product key. Web page is available in the U model but it won't without the installed PB13.
