    Internet doesn't work

I'm trying to set up an Aficio 3025 for printing and scanning but as soon as I plug it into the network internet doesn't work. Any IDEAS.

    Sounds like a I.P conflict/clash.

That's what i thought but I've used DHCP and different static IP addresses. There's only four computers in this network.

What's the central point where everything plugs in? Is it a router?

If your losing internet connectivity the I.P conflict may be between the MFD and the router.

Most routers by default are set to DHCP.
On most routers you can login into the web interface and reserve I.P addresses for all the connected LAN devices using their unique MAC address.

Company is using a Linksys Router. I went back today and I change a setting on the router. the setting was to allow anonymous internet access. Machines and PCs were working after changing the setting. The wierd thing is that I change the setting to what it was before and everything was still working.
