How to backup print presets on Mac OSX 10.9

Hi,

Does anybody know how to backup print presets on Mac OSX 10.9?

I found a page via Google which goes through how to do it on older versions of OSX but it appears Apple as usual has changed things and the info in the below link doesn't apply to 10.9:
