If you work for a Konica/Minolta dealer or a Kyocera dealer you should be able to obtain something directly from dealer support.

If you are just looking for counter info, both KM and Toshiba have email meter notification software built in. KM has Page Scope Enterprise Suite that can get you counter/status/ errors for KM products. The module is called "net manager" or something close to that. W/O the additional purchased modules, it's pretty basic but works. KM also offers Vcare if you are a manufacturer or dealer, but this info does not get seen by the customer. I'm just giving you some ideas, I have no intention of sending you any info as to how to setup and configure this stuff. Nothing personal, but I get paid to do this and I don't give it away for free. If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.
