Trying to setup scan to e-mail, all seems straight forward with the exception that I keep getting E010. I've tried different smtp servers. The status report arrives for the sender, but nothing gets through to the destination.

If your smtp server is part of an exchange server, then you might have to get the exchange admin to setup an exception for the scanner ip/hostname.
I recently visited a customer who had a falcon 3 and could not scan to email, because the ip address was in a scope range that did not have access to port 25.
