Sharp MX M363 OSA "button" Say's "optional equipment required, after loading AMX1

I am really having tough time activating the OSA button. Does anyone know where I can get ANY information on this feature. Thanks so much for any help.

hi on some you need
The printer expansion kit with hard drive (MX-PB11) is required

i think i attachedbulletin couple of times. you need to have an osa app like sharpdesk for OSA or other. go to sharp idnc site, mfp app center , osa.
