IS300e Scanner

Hi
Anyone got experience of this scanner?
I have a customer that has a problem with one. When they scan a photo and print it out it is very pale.
The printer prints out perfectly so I think that the scanner needs calibrating to the printer.
I have a copy of Scan Probe but don't seem to be able to get it to work.
Anyone been able to make it work?

Got them.
Found a friendly engineer that had them - £90 each! Just borrowed them.
Just got to get the program working now.

Great newsis330dc firmware and there are ICC profiles for agfa fuji and kodak, no firmware related to light or pale prints

Light grey backgrounds in the original darker in the scanned data and output when using ScanRouter Lite color mode.

When this occurs, turn DIP SW4 ON, then turn the machine main power Off/On.
