    Ricoh MP 161

    can't get copier to print; I can ping ip address from computer using xp can't access web page; from lap top using windows 7 I can ping yet notice it says can't access server on copier. From the same 2 computers can ping other copier (Lanier version of the Ricoh MP161) as well as the web page. Was told it may be the nvram on copier???

      Do you have a MP 161, MP 161F or MP 1361SPF? The SPF version is the only that comes with the Print function installed. All others, it has to be added as an option. Just because a machine has a network connector does not mean it can print. WIM can be used on many model that do not have the print option.

      You might have gotten a quicker response if you had posted in the Ricoh technical forum as most Ricoh techs check there daily.
