    SmB scanning server 2012 r2

    Hi
    I have a mp2352sp that cant seem to scan to a folder on this server 2012 all the user names and passwords and folder authentication(firewalls and anti virus are off) is correct I can browse to the folder from the mfp and it goes in but the minute I try scan it says error check scan file status please if anyone has a answer plz let me know thanks

    What version of Network Support firmware is it on

      Type in "scan to folder" in the advanced search bar on CTN.
      There is quite a few threads over the years that discuss this issue.

      The very first thing you need to do is make sure all the firmware is update on the MFD.

        Treat Server 2012 the same as Windows 8 reading other threads.
