    Fiery E22C with MPC4503

    Hello,

We have installed a MPC4503 machine with Fiery E22c and configured with Mac PCs for printing, there is no issue for printing.
The issue with scanning configuration, in fiery utility, when we choose mailbox, we have options to scan to SMB, FTP.

FTP & SMB is not working, we just tried all possibilities up to our level best , but we unable to configure the scanning feature.
Could any one help me to fix the scanning issue?

WE use the second newtwork drop and use the built in machine scanning instead of using the Fiery for scanning, much easier and less painful.

Hello, Thank you for your suggestion, but could you please explain how to use the the second network, to configure the default machine feature for scanning.
FYI - Customer is using Mac book pro PCs only.

      Thanks,
      Raja

You would set it up on the machine like you normally would, the machine would get a seperate IP and a second network connection, you won't be able to print to the machines IP, it would only be used for scanning & @remote if you use that feature.
