Lanier LD090 Upgrades

Hey all, can anyone help me out with finding either a hard drive upgrade kit or USB kit for an LD090. We just bought a used unit for our shop and it wasn't configured with either. We want to use it for scanning in addition to printing. The parallel port is messed and unusable. Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Aficio 2090, If you find it, its gonna cost you more than you paid for the machine, bad choice.

Maybe so. Here's another question for you. Why would I be able to print through the parallel port but receive an error window when I try to scan . The twain driver is loaded. I forget the actual error code but it is a numerical value. Thanks

Printing will work just fine through the parallel port, but scanning needs a TCP/IP connection to work.
If you're still getting an error and using an Ethernet connection, make sure your firewall isn't blocking the ports the scanner is trying to use. Off the top of my head I don't remember what it is. As network security has gotten more and more sophisticated, things like TWAIN are slowly dying out.
