Why cannot doing scan in my fujixerox machine DoCuCentre SC2020?even i already try using SMB or FTP.i am success to doing scan in DoCuCentre s2420,IR-ADV5235,MPC3002.but not success in DoCuCentre SC2020.Can any else let me know why and teach me how to solve it?

Hi,
First of all, What Operating SYstem you are using. because it have a different between winxp win 7 home and win 7 pro. eeven win 8.1 home and win 8.1 pro also got different. I just get the solution of these last week.
to configure the smb scanning on sc2020
type in the machine ip adresss o adress bar of your internet browser to enter in the copier web page.
go to adressbook, user name is - 11111-
password x-admin
go to scan to computer and add new.
