    Hi Guys,
    Can anyone please help me with an Ricoh Mp2352,i can't print to the machine nor ping the machine,i have changed controller,Nvram,Bcu,Ipu and firmware but still i cant print to it. please help.

      If you place a different device (say a laptop set to the same IP address as the printer) on the same network cable that goes to the printer, can you ping the IP address?

          Make sure the NIC is switch on in SP mode.
