Ricoh 1022/1027 scanner and fax connectivity issue.
Hi. dears i have Ricoh 1022 copier i was installing the machine print/scan kit so both features working properly. but after few days my customer required a fax card so i will install fax card and i m just connect the fax card machine turned on i see on screen scanner feature is hidden. but if completely disconnect fax card scan feature show on screen. i will try many times all cards connect and disconnect but nothing work i also try another machine lane print/scan ram cards all works but i m not check fax card. pleas any idea its urgent my payment was blocked. thanks in advance and sorry for my poor English.
