    ricoh c4501 window 2012 r2 server smb fails

    Got a C4501 that fails to scan
    you can Manuel enter setting test connection everything ok
    but scan fails?

      Sounds like a frimware issue to me, but could also be a firewall, folder share settings, etc.

          Network Support (NCS) needs to be v10.63 and System/Copy firmware needs to be v3.06 or later in order to scan to SMB on Windows 8, Server 2012 and Mac OS 10.7 or later.
