    Scan to Laserfiche Rio

Laserfiche Rio is a cloud based Document Mgt system.

Does anyone have any experience in how to scan into Rio?

I am specifically looking for an explanation as to how I would configure my Toshiba e2555c to scan into Rio. I have no pre-built connectors to simplify the process.

I can scan via SMB into a network folder.

    Thanks,

Can the SMB folder be a "watched" folder that the Rio Service and when a document appears in the folder, it is automagically uploaded to Rio?....just askin'...not familiar with the Rio Service!

I went down the wrong path with my questions to the customer and can now confirm they are using Ricoh Cloud Services powered by LaserFiche SaaS.

Anyone know if scans are first initiated from Laserfiche Quick Fields?
