Sharp MFXC2880 stating "Selected Servers Not Found" when scanning

    Hey Guys,

I have a MFXC2880 that is stating "Selected Servers Not Found" when the users attempt to scan to their shared network folders

The address book has not changed, and there has been no network changes

I attempted to create a new folder and share it, but the user received the same error when we attempted to have them scan to it

They are able to print to it, and are receiving faxes.

In addition, the job log has shown a Send Error of "80-000" for the failed scans

Any idea on what this could be?

    Thanks!

Can you get to the shared folder from another PC? Sounds to me like the folder path changed, or IP changed.

what model ? the model you gave is a muratec mfp ? If it is a Sharp are you using shardesk or scan to folder ? . on a sharp when the selected server not found message appears it usually is the ip address of the workstation has changed due to DHCP.
