    [Error Code] "Please Wait. Checking Printer..." HPCLJM575

    Coworker was here prior to me and mentioned if the issue returns to replace the Formatter.

    I replaced the Formatter and saw the Yellow Cartridge was low. I replaced the Cartridge.

    Still unable to clear the "Please wait. Checking Printer..." message the initial call was for.


    I've read through Google someone had success replacing the Cyan cartridge.


    I currently reinstalled the initial Formatter and am in the process of re-initializing it as I haven't been moving the HDD on the Formatters.


    Any ideas, thoughts, suggestions?

    Any please wait I've had has always been hdd then reinstalling firmware

      Sadly I don't believe that is the case here as the new Formatter that was ordered had an HDD on it. I had to erase the HDD and load firmware just to get the machine to boot.


      The Yellow exclamation triangle is over he Copy button on the panel. I am questioning if that is to indicate a different board.

        I didn't think the hdd came with formatter

          SNMP can sometimes cause a printer to appear to be "Off Line" if the printer does not respond to a status request in a timely fashion. Can the SNMP setting in the port settings of the driver then power cycle the printer and the computer.
