Canon irc3220 Feeder

Paper is jam when it's going out of the feeder for canon irc3220 and i can hear sound like something is locked any ideas.

Could you kindly show me how to disassemble ADF for canon irc3220.

If noise is when paper is being feed out of adf tray, & into pickup\feed unit, that is a pain in the butt to replace that gear feed unit.

Jam\Noise can also be from worn Separation Pad & Rollers.
What is jam code_?


If noise is from exit , that's another issue.
Note:
Exit Sensor actuator Arm breaks (known issue on this adf).

When using ADF every thing is good until the paper exit you can here sound of something locked and paper jam in the exit path.

two pdf's to look at/ one about reverse flapper usually never worked

u will need to remove the reverse delivery unit to inspect>replace./see pdf

i never repair them > always order a new one (
