    IR5000 Jam code 010E

Stationary jams at C4. It picks the paper but cannot reach the PS22 sensor. I swapped the pick-up ass'y (upper to lower) to know if the assembly is good. It jams the same, while the upper assembly (which is from below) is working good. So both ass'y are good. Now, where can I find other source of fault.
    please help...

    Right hand door__warped_?
    inspect\replace
When the right hand lower door is warped or the black screws that hold the external panel come loose and the white sep/feed engage lever is not pressed with adaquate pressure to let the sep/feed engage by the door.

Also_*The Plate End Guide that supports the trail edge of the copy paper when it is place in the Cassette must set against the paper properly. If it is not completely touching the trailing edge of the paper, the paper can move away from the pickup and feed roller area and jam
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

The plate end guide is intact, so with the door. I'd like to add that I used the machine this morning and gave me 21 copies before it went on the same jam again from the same cassette(c4). I saw that the paper did not reach the separator roller instead it went down on the lid of the cassette, this is when I pulled it out and saw the marks of the paper bent down. Could the rollers possibly not working?

Please be patient with me... thanks
