[Jamming] IR 3045 IR 4570 jam 0A01 0A05 Power on / Start up jam

Every time i Turn on my IR 3045 it automatically pick up a paper from Tray 1 and jam while on Canon Startup Screen
    Error: 0A01 0A05
Even after i restart it, it picks up a single sheet of paper again and jam (Paper is on the pre-reg sensor and not yet reached the fuser / Fixing unit)
    No print job interrupted before.
    See Jam No. 1,2,4,5,6

Im not sure what triggers it to pickup paper on tray 1 on startup.
i Set the First tray to FLSC since its giving me persistent 2nd copy jam on Tray 1 with LTR paper, But it works when it set it up to LTR-R.

        Hello again,

        Yes it was the solenoid.
        C360_2015-08-17-16-50-20-699.jpg
There's a worn foam that turns sticky and delays paper out.
But.. it works for 50 uninterrupted pages, After i try another copy it gives the same thing.
        Here how its jammed:

        Here's the error:

            Hi everybody

I know it is older post but i have the same issue 0A01 with one almost new IR2530i, i changed all the sensors from the pick up assembly and i change the clutch's beetween them without any results.
I receive 0A01 error (jam) every time when i power on the unit and also when it come back from standby.
In the rest, after the first jam it just work fine without any error.
I also rewrite the firmware but the error remain the same.canondef.pdf
Can anybody give an advice ?

              Hi,

Did you remove the sticky foam from cassette solenoid?
Also remove all others sticky dumpers from copier especialy on pre-registration sensor flag.

Dumper is on the back of the pre-regist. main body guide (FL2-0330-000)

you need to stick a peace of plastic sheet after you remove the sticky dampper
