[Error Code] E012-0001 with Imagepress C1+

Dears all:
at first our machine give us error E012-0001
as in service manual we checked I.T.B and Drum area we found that I.T.B belt worn.
as in the following attached image we would to know the cause and to overcome this case in the future.

Working with several C1(+)'s for some years now, never saw something like that.

Transfer belt Part #:FL2-2584-000
Unfortunately, i don't have the english service manual for the C1, but i am sure you will get help here: http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/se...nual-requests/

The operation of the transfer belt exchange is displayed there.

I have no idea on how to prevent this to happen again, as i can only imagine that the belt was too old, lost elasticity and burst.
How many copies where made with the machine?

try removing the ITB and put it back properly
