CANON IRC2020 USER CODES

I'm not a Canon tech but have been asked by a customer of mine to look after the Canon IRC2020 they have upstairs, which isnt a problem but they have asked if I can put user codes on it to stop unauthorised usage.

Im guessing its username & password of 87654321 twice and in there will be the settings for it?

IS this right?

The default setting for the System Manager ID is "7654321" and Password is "7654321"

Settings & Registration> Management Settings> User Management> Dept. ID



If AFN-PSWD (in Level 2 (Service Mode, Copier > Option > User > Level 2 ) of service mode) setting is set to "1" LOG In will be required to display items in Settings / Registration.

The DEFAULT setting for AFN-PSWD is 0, password not required.
