    [Error Code] Canon ir3170

    Customer had Canon IR 3170 shown E00014-002 I replaced fixing unit and fixing motor and still shown this error.

    I think there is wrong with motor lock and motor lock' spring but I couldn't find away to uninstall the motor lock

    Kindly help me & thank you

    Remove & replace M11 -FIX MOTOR

    FIX.jpg

    Try & re-seat interbody connectors for fuser behind the DC Controller.


    also
    Check those ITB Assembly Bias Clips /Grounding

      Thank you but I already know and replace fixing motor M11, but if you help me how to remove motor lock as shown in first figure as number 4 (CL8)

        that is the CL8 > ITB cleaning clutch

        remove the bracket>bushing>then clutch
