IR C4080 - Ghosting on Subsequnt prints. First Print is alawys clear.

This IR C4080 will print on heave stock perfect on the first print, if you print 5 copies, the last 4 have a ghosting problem (please see picture). Also, the print is clean when you send 1 print each 20 seconds apart. Any ideas on how to be able to print multiple copies with one command without this ghosting issue?

This only happens on heavy stock, no issues on plain.

Misregistration of all colors occurs only when using Heavy Stock mode.

enter Service Mode Level "2" and select "Copier / Option / Body" and set CLR-SHFT to "1". The default setting at time of shipment is "0". Note: Setting this value to 1 decreases the speed for 216mm or larger paper by approx 1/3 from the standard operating speed.

    also in
    Level 2 > COPIER > OPTION > BODY > REG-SPD2 (Heavy Paper)
    set to -4

    don't forget
Do auto gradation using heavy 1/heavy2 mode and use card stock for the adjustment.
Access auto gradation by selecting the additional functions (*) key on the control panel. Select the Adjustment/Cleaning button on the screen, then select the auto gradation button.
Next select Heavy1/Heavy2 button followed by Full Adjustment and follow the instructional prompts.
*If the customer is changing back to regular paper they should follow the same procedure but select plain paper.
