3325i wont copy checks

just installed this machine and it wont copy checks. these are high security checks and when you copy for your records it just prints out a black unreadable page. is there a way to turn off that feature that makes the black pages? thanks.

Do your checks have a bank foil seal or hologram imprint/ holographic foil._?
This is prevention of bank fraud / manipulate checks .

Did u try a resize copy in Black & White (no color)

Yes I have tried resizing and messing with different options for the copy. The best I get is a barley readable print. Thanks

You can try to scan the checks (or money) and then print it out. It works with almost all machines.

not with Bank Security Checks that have a foil seal on this advanced series
