hi everybody

i have a customer usually uses thin paper,

after making a small number of it the paper flying in the drum cleaning unit

can i increase the separation current,or change any other settings

any suggestions will be appreciated

First register the tray as thin paper instead of plain, that should automatically adjust the proper currents.
