[Error Code] E 000005-0101-05 on C6011

Hello everyone!

Could anybody tells me what does it mean this error code: E 000005-0101-05?
Can I fix it or at least to try something until the service man will come?
I have a Canon C6011 printer.
I have an important task to fulfill and it is an urgent matter.

E005= Fixing web error
0x01 Error: no fixing web
1. Check the fixing web level. => Replace the fixing web if necessary.
2. Check the position of paper level sensor arm. -> Place it in
a correct position.

2: Secondary fixing Web

wait for service/ unless u know how to remove FIX UNIT to check web

error must also be cleared in service mode> after inspection or replacement

COPIER> FUNCTION> CLEAR
COPIER> FUNCTION> PART-CHK
ERR = Clear of error code
1) Select the item, and then press OK key.
2) Turn OFF/ON the main power switch


Key Operators are usually trained on this model/series on how to replace the WEBS / preventing down time .
