[Jamming] IR2200 jam code 0112

hi every body
i have a problem facing me in more than 5 photocopy machines model IR2200
that ,when i make two sided , the jam occurs when paper pass in 2nd side
before entering fixing unit , its' edge curl up after leaving drum and jamming
the code is 0112
i try to clean and change eliminator , doesn't help
clean transfer roller , doesn't help
please , please , please help me

It seems humidity in the paper a4r mode or dry paper solves the problem....

Thanks for fast replay
A4r is passed correctly
I change to anther good type of paper
But A4 is also jamed
Is there any setting in service mode can be modified
to solve this proble?

When you make a copy for one side...is it curle or plane ....if the answer is Curle the problem is the humidity for this reason the paper is stuck before unit fixing on second side mode...
