clc 1100 load paper message

hello friends, in CLC 1100 ,with color pass Z400E . when we make copies A4 and A3 no problem. but when we make prints,A3 no problem. for A4 prints ,it shows load paper message. ONLY FOR PRINTS. NOT FOR COPIES. please any one help me to solve this problem. thanks.

what Windows ver are u using ?

do u see paper A4 size set in the printer driver ?
what Applications are u using ?? Word/ PDF's other ???

who did your Fiery Region set up ?

Remove the PS Driver & reload it ?
