Printer / copier training course

Can anyone guide me where can I do online training / course of printer / copier service?

I have strong technical knowledge and penalty of field experience especially in Canon business multifunctional machines. But not able to enhance / improve my career because of some degree or diploma.

Will appreciate all the suggestions and guidance.

as far as I am aware, the only way you can access the online material is if you work for a canon business partner or canon directly.

if you don't work for either of those there is no official online material for service personnel.


as for courses, Canon have 2 sets of training courses, one for internal staff and one again for the third party vendors that are their business partners.

as such, if you don't work for a vendor or for them directly, there are no paths currently available for official training.

Usually you have to been signed up as a tech with whatever company your working for to get certified training. IT training is available for free on YouTube videos or you can buy online.
