canon ir advance 8285 pro displaying feeder can not be used, there is no error showing, in service mode its not showing feeder, i checked the connectors, but problem still persists, please help , thanks in advance.

Hi Saji

if you check Check Service Mode>Display> Error are there some Error?

and with "Feeder", what you mean, can you please say which Model did you have

by feeder i mean ADF( Automatic document feeder) there is no error code is in the history, its relatively a new machine just 33000 copies done..every this working fine..except feeder, machine not recognizing the feeder.

he do not recognizing the whole Feeder or copy from glass it works?
