Canon IR7105 blank area on 1 half, only first page after sitting for a while

I have a IR7105 that has missing print as if the dev roller is not turning at first or a short in the coronas. It only happens for the first page if the machine has not been run in hours. Anyone seen this on this machine.

have you changed the Corona's?
what happens if you do a wire clean?

does the deletion location change?

what happens on a very long run, is there any deletions or fade out?

Maybe sleeping for a long time causes toner melt on developer mag roller but it looks also like a transfer/separation problem.
First i would suggest SM-Copier-Functions-Install and clean all coronas with a cloth and alcoohol.

All the coronas have been changed and the toner on dev roller looks good and uniform.

When running a long run (200+ pages) it works fine after the first page when this issue occurs. The sample; note the drop out in the first 1 1/2" for about an 1" then it comes back. This sample is only of a half page of print to begin with. It is with the first half of the page that the drop out occurs for the 1" blank area.

It could be laser problem , or theres humodity ,always this happen but we change the transfer corona , you can also try to make toner supply

Hi having put the question to my team,

Laser as mentioned by another engineer above.
Bias contacts
Ap kit would cover drum.


Even though its ok on a long run its dropping charge somewhere.
