iR5570 only reads 11x17

Anyone have any ideas on why when you put any size docment on the glass it only reads 11x17? I have flashed all software, Dcon & Rcon. Replaced the document size sensors under the glass, Reader controller, and the interface pcb and still have the same problem.

I was considering changing the image reader, interface cable and the DDIS Pcb.

Any other ideas?

Enter service level 2/copier/body and set SENS-CNF to '1'. also i found that is heavy paper is set in cassette one and two it will go to tray 3 or 4..

level2 copier/option/body/sens-cnf-to 1 default is 0 ab size will cause this also...
