Error 540-8001 in IR Adv 8105 Booklet finisher D1

Dear all,

While switching on the machine,the finisher output tray will go down ,but not coming up and start making noise , then Machine will show the error E-540-8001.Can any one suggest me the solution?If possible,please share the Service manual for Booklet finisher D1 also.Expecting your valuable reply at the earliest.Thanks in advance.

Check if the grippers are sticking out, and blocking the tray.
Push them back in place

It could be the sensor flags that the trays actuate to confirm it is at home position
