even i had faced this problem
this problem occurs due to worn out fuser film (Teflon film / fixing film) you need to replace it
because of it the sensors could not count the revolution of the film, failing that it gives the error message or paper gets jammed

Hi there,

here are the list you need to check, This solves 99% of jamming issue:

1. Check Solenoid of paper pickup. Remove and clean the rubber that turns sticky over time.
2. Check the Side cover, make sure that you have the replacement cover since there is a known issue with uneven pressure on with side door
3. Remove the damping rubber on Ps10 sensor
4. check fuser film if rolling fine, if not replace and make sure that you clean and apply fixing grease
5. Check lower roller (contacts with fixing) if soft, replace it
6. Do not just search for the solution based on your machine model like 3570. since there are several models of copier that shares the same structure.
e.g. your 3570 is the same with imageRUNNER 2230 / 2270 / 2830 / 2870 / 3025 / 3030 / 3035 / 3045 / 3530 / 4570. so check the resolution for these machines as well.
