[Error Code] Image runner advance c 7065 i

We facing problem with our IR adv. c7065i that display error code E073-0001.
as mentioned in service manual check interlock switch.
we searched about this switch can not found it.

I have not had that code but the canon web site mentioned to make sure your software is up to date.

check the switch actuator for SW5, if it is dislodged - set back in place.

or

the PS80 Front Cover Sensor is faulty. Replace the sensor. Part number WG8-5783-000

Thank you very much we checked switch actuator for SW5 (delivery door switch) as your advice and found that was not dislodged we solved the problem by retuning the actuator to its normal position.
