So far I reset all connections on the laser units and the laser cable in the back of the machine. Its been about a week and no problem yet. About every two weeks this error has been showing up and going away with a simple reboot. Not sure if the cable is that sensitive or if there is a know issue with the laser units? Your thoughts?

ADVANCE C5030 / C5035 / C5045 / C5051
E100-B000 on boot up.
Swapping the laser from the left side with the laser on the right side did not change the sub code.
The two lasers are the same part number. Ordered new laser FM3-5425-000 for 5030/5035 and installed on left side still had error.
Removed the new laser and placed it on the right side and the error cleared.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

Right and thank you Sir! Sadly that is about the only info in the world that exists about this problem. There is talk about a feed assembly board shorted out and causing this error code but that is the only WAG info I can find.Comment
