[Misc] C5000 noise around cleaning assembly.

I am on two new cleaning assembly's and am having a hard time stopping the creaky noise when the motor is spun by hand. Customer complained that there was alot of noise first thing in the morning and then gone until it sits for along time and then can happen again. No fuser problems or drive problems. Installed a new ITB and the customer is happy. I am trying to learn what the most common deal is with this noise. The Belt is new and the ITB unit has about 300k on it. I am trying to find something not aligning or something else wrong. The assembly has a ITB upgrade kit in it. Any noise maker in these ITB Units other than cleaning unit?
    thanks!

Just courious. Are you saying canon C5000? Or do you mean the advanced C5XXX series. Makes a big difference. They are changing the numbers and the stupidest thing is a color and black and white with the same number. Our call tickets don't get the C in front and one model I am always guessing.

OK. We don't have any Advance C5000. Only C5051-C5045-C5035-C5030. They must market that model outside my area. Most of my noises that come and go are caused by the fixing drive on the models I listed. We replace the assembly FM3-5967-000.
