IRC 4080 No image on heavy stock through bypass

The bypass will not print on custom heavy stock, but it will print on plain and LTR heavy stock. Both full auto gradations for plain and heavy stock work great.Can't figure this out.

No error codes. The custom heavy stock comes out blank.

Fixed, problem with the software, not the printer.
